My Thoughts on Tomb Raider (2018)

Tomb Raider as a long lasting game, and film franchise, tells the tale of Lara Croft, a near indestructible and surrealistic female heroine that jumps incredibly far, scales enormous heights and is also deadly smart. While based on the 2013 game itself, it delivers in aesthetically pleasing shots and many throwbacks to the game itself with similar scenes and somewhat familiar characters.

My Thoughts on 13 Reasons Why (Season 2)

13 Reasons Why is probably the most anticipated series of 2018 after its controversial release last year, though the first season's climactic portrayal of suicide had me flinching and grabbing my wrists, the second season doesn't show anyone explicitly dying and yet it's equivalent scene was terrifying to watch. Overall the second season while I think that sure, it was captivating enough to watch, its existence isn't necessary at all but is for the people who have been wanting the second season after watching the first.

My Thoughts on The Flash
(Season 1)

The Flash introduces us to a world of impossibility with a starting narration by notable characters that help give a guideline/hint of what the episode's theme is about. It's fun atmosphere is what drives it's appeal that allows us to connect to the characters all while also having it's tear-jerking moments that crucially defines each individual character. It's a roller-coaster of emotion but seems lacking in some areas as the episodes seem like fillers as a proper story arc is never quite set in motion, though hinted at, until the later episodes, leaving some villains rather underwhelming and the characters aimless. I enjoyed the character and watching each area of their lives explore and as a superhero show, i think it's definitely worth watching.

Vertigo Evaluation

The plot in the film Vertigo is largely well thought out and engaging enough without any issues to hold an audience throughout its duration. The film does take its time in setting upit’s characters though, the initial buildup and establishment was rather slow and the overall thematic idea of confusion and disarray does off-put the audience during certain scenes.
